Algeria - Zambia (3-1): The ratings of the Greens!

At the end of a somewhat chaotic and tactically confusing qualifying match for the 2027 AFCON, the Greens won (3-1) and the youth showed promising signs offensively!

Melvin Mastil (5.5): In his third match, he had very little to do again. It's hard to blame him for the conceded goal since he was screened.

Saâdi Radouani (4.5): He was the surprise of the day. Not uninteresting at the start of the match, he was at fault for retreating on the equalizing goal, and technically he wasn't necessarily up to par as a full-back. Replaced by Acharaf Abada (89th).

Samir Chergui (5.5): He cleared an incredible number of balls but often found himself in difficulty, either alone or because of Radouani. The understanding with Ramy Bensebaini needs improvement.

Ramy Bensebaïni (6.5): A few lapses as usual, but he eventually took on his role as captain, especially in the build-up play.

Jaouen Hadjam (6): He alternated between good and less good. Very sharp offensively, he actually opened the scoring. He was far from being a reliable defensive assurance.

Adem Zorgane (5): Another rather dull match where he didn't score any points. However, he tried offensively but didn't show enough availability, often preferring individual runs. Replaced by Himad Abdelli (71st) who showed some good things.

Farès Chaïbi (7.5): He was everywhere, switching from sentinel to relay and vice versa, contributing to fluidifying the Algerian play. A very good understanding with Maza.

Mohamed-Bachir Belloumi (7): In his first match with the Greens, he seemed a bit shy at the start before showing all his class. Feints, runs, shots, and especially a promising understanding with Maza! He was replaced by Anis Hadj Moussa (71st) who scored the break goal!
