By accessing or using FennecStats("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

FennecStats is an independent, non-commercial fan project that aggregates publicly available football statistics, match fixtures, standings, and news headlines related to Algeria national team players and Moroccan football. Statistical data is sourced from third-party providers (including API-Football). News headlines and short excerpts are linked to their original publishers.

3. No Affiliation

FennecStats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any football federation, league, club, player, or news organization. All trademarks, logos, and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to present accurate information, FennecStats makes no warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of the data displayed. Match results, statistics, and schedules may contain errors or delays. Always confirm critical information with official sources before relying on it.

5. User Conduct

When using FennecStats, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Scrape, harvest, or mirror large portions of the Service without written permission;
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form or any other user input;
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The layout, design, original editorial text, and code of FennecStats are the property of the operator. Statistical data, images, and news content are displayed under fair use or via licensed APIs and remain the property of their respective rights holders. If you are a rights holder and believe content has been used improperly, please contact us (see Section 10) and we will address the issue promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses the following third parties, each governed by their own terms:

• API-Football — statistical and fixture data
• Google AdSense — advertising (when enabled)
• Cloudflare — content delivery and security
• Syndicated news feeds (e.g. Hespress, Lions de l'Atlas) — headlines and short excerpts linking to the original source

FennecStats is not responsible for the content, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FennecStats and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
